Sailing Holidays in Pučišća Harbour

Pučišća harbour (43°21′N 16°44′E) is a narrow inlet with two short arms at its head, entered E of Rt Sveti Nikola. The small town of Pučišća lies around the head of the SW arm. The Bora causes a heavy sea and is felt severely, particularly where it is deflected in great strength into the E arm of the harbour, which precludes the use of the arm as an anchorage. Local knowledge is required.
